One morning a couple of weeks ago, we finally got some rain, for 5 minutes. Anyways, Kaylee was so excited she asked for an umbrella. I let her dance out on the sidewalk until the thunder and lightening. To bad the little rain dance of a 3 year old didn't bring any more rain.
